Custom Markers?

I don't know about you guys...but these tape markers are starting to annoy me! Interestingly enough, I found a guy online that makes custom markers for only $8.00 a pair (bulk rate) and free shipping. These markers have adhesive putty on the back...much more convenient than tape. I'll be ordering some, so let me know if you're interested and we can get a bulk order together.

There are many sites online that offer custom markers...but the ones I came across charged almost as much for shipping as they did for the markers.

The pic above is what they look like...and remember, ours will basically have the "F" numbers on them.

If you have a question about anything, just let me know.

A Site for RAD students

A neat little site to commiserate, chat, and network with other RAD students. The forum is a great place to ask questions, compare notes...and have a laugh about common experiences.

Free, but requires registration to post in forums, etc.

Sticky Tape Generates X-rays?

This was such a strange story, I just had to post a link.

Supposedly, some scientists figured this out & actually used said sticky tape rays to produce an image of one of their fingers. No word on what they used to MacGyver up a gonad shield

NC Early Voting Sites

Given our crazy schedules, I thought you guys might be interested in this link to the early voting sites in your area. Just scroll down to your county and you'll find the list. Some sites don't open until 10/27 though.

Motorbike ride through Chernobyl

The speaker we had today mentioned a site created by a woman who had less restricted access to Chernobyl than himself. Not sure this is the lady he's referring to...

http://www.kiddofspeed.com/

Her site is pretty interesting (especially the sketchy grasp she has of exposure levels!)
but there is some controversy regarding the veracity of her claims. (You know how the internet is.) Some claim she didn't take the pics but merely scanned them from a magazine. Others claim she never rode a motorbike through the region, but rather rode in a car with her husband or visited as part of a tourist trip.

Either way these sobering and sad pictures are the aftermath of Chernobyl.

Question Re: Femur on Practicum

Somehow I ended up writing down 6 views for this one but I know there's only 4. (As of Monday lab...hahaha) Can anyone tell me what you have, please?
